More severe symptoms include respiratory symptoms without the feeling of fever. Like other viruses, deaths have been contributed to the virus.

Natural Self Treatment

Fill your body with lots of rest, fluids, light foods. Other than anti-viral drugs, there are no other treatments that can increase the recovery time. Building up the immune system before a viral attack will provide your body the resources to recover faster or experience reduced symptoms.

Infection Rate

Those that carry the virus can infection someone from day 1 through day 7. It’s best to stay away from others while recovering from the H1N1 virus. As with most viruses, a person can still experience symptoms after seven days, yet the ability to transmit the virus is greatly reduced.
